Big dog play

The new brindle Dane's name is Sidney. He was fine indoors last night, no problem coming up and going down the stairs, and he crated in the office overnight without a peep. I kept him indoors mostly today because he was still somewhat scared of us but he seems well on his way to getting over that.

I took him out to the pasture to run with Declan and River. The three of them really had a good time. Della watched but didn't join in. Sidney and Declan are very close in size and they like to throw their weight around. River wants to be with them, but he doesn't join in the rough play. Max did his own thing as usual.

Most of the snow is gone, but it was cold enough today that the ground was solid rather than muddy.
