Maya and Ochie

I've been walking a lot lately, part of my weight loss program. I'm 55 and fat and I'm determined to do something about it. It's the perfect time of year for it too. I don't need to be spending all my time mowing grass and the ticks are gone so it's safe to walk in the woods. Walking is really about the only form of exercise I find tolerable and I actually enjoy it with a dog or two. I did two short, easy walks today, each about 2.5 miles, first with Maya and then with Ochie.
