Saint weather

Della is normally a very outdoorsy dog. On a sunny day it's difficult to get her to come inside. That's less of a problem this time of year, however. She will go out and do her business, check out the property, etc., but then she's ready to come back inside. She's not a fan of cold or wet weather.

Kinley, on the other hand, being a Saint Bernard, is very comfortable outdoors this time of year. She's the one I have the most trouble getting to come back indoors. A dog like that must really suffer in the heat around here in the summers, so this must feel like a refreshing blast of cool air. 

I took Kinley and Della out to hike today. We just did two miles but back on the trails instead of the roadway through the park. These two walk well together but I purposely chose a route where we didn't encounter any people or other dogs given the fact that they outweigh me.
