We are giving the entire litter three days of panacure. Tomorrow we'll have a B12 injection for Sojo. Erika has ordered probiotics and an enzyme supplement that may help with absorption. And the possibility remains that perhaps because she was behind the others in development, she just wasn't ready for the switch to solid food. We remain committed to helping Sojo grow to her full personal potential, whatever that may be. Thank you for all the help, support, and encouragement given from all quarters.
Meanwhile, the socialization process for all the pups proceeded today with visits from three different sets of people. Each time they become more outgoing and more excited to see new people. Those who hold back at first come around quicker each time too. There was a brief period of actual sunshine this afternoon and the pups made the most of it playing outdoors.
This simple setup of three elevated beds and a wooden box has proven to be a big hit
with the puppies. They love playing on it and if we ever have a warm afternoon,
I bet they would lay in the shade under it too.
My primitive, low tech teeter totter also is proving to be quite entertaining.

Ruth and Malala
I'm going to raise the trough feeder slightly,
in the hope that they will be less inclined to climb into it.
Ruth has a determined puppy look.
Malala and Elliott

Dolly found this scrap of an old rug or something and thinks it's the best find ever.
She runs around with it trying to get the other puppies to chase her.
Harriett and Susan B.
I've got to clean Elliott's face. Apparently his sisters are not going to do it for him.

I provided a step to get up to this long bench and Rosa was the first to walk the plank.
Sojo continues to mix it up with the other pups and plays as hard as any of them.
