Grover was always destined to be a short termer around here. He met his new family Tuesday afternoon and will be going home with them Wednesday morning. It's a good home, lots of time and experience with shepherds. He's not going to be a very difficult dog. He wants to please and is very food motivated for training purposes. He's a sweet boy and I wish him well.
He still can't understand why Max won't play with him.
He has better luck with River.
Della likes to roll in the grass on a sunny day. Grover thought she wanted to play.
She did not.
When he can't find a dog to play with he will often run up to me.
Maya will play with him occasionally indoors, but not outside, she has other things to do.
He follows her around, ever hopeful.
He was on good behavior and was very charming when the adopters came to meet him today.
It may have helped that he had been outdoors all morning.
And they had treats, which he liked very much.

Grover is a handsome little man. Can't wait to see how he grows up.
Best of luck in your new furever home.
