A bright spot on a rainy day

It was another wet and rainy day around here. It was cooler, which felt nice, but there wasn't much else to recommend the day. The day had an unexpectedly bright moment, however, and it came while it was still raining. I took the two English Setters over to Green Dogs to meet a potential adopter. The adopter loved them both at first sight and wants to adopt both girls. 

Rainy or not, days don't get a much better than this. The two dogs are bonded such that neither of them is happy without the other. Finding an adopter who was willing to take both was a long shot, but it appears to have happened. 

Lily gets spayed on Thursday and Charlotte on next Wednesday so we hope to have them both placed in their new home by the end of next week.
