The new Norman

Norman has moved indoors since we got back from vacation. We are seeing the new dog that he has become.

Norman has matured, of course, he's past his first year and maybe even past the terrible twos, I'm not really sure, but he's not the massive wild child that he used to be. He has also lived with many different dogs since he first came here and he now seems to be good with everyone. Bailey is probably the most challenging and provocative play companion he's ever had and he tolerates her very well.

He seems to be very aware that he's on sort of a trial and is making an effort to be on his best behavior when he's indoors. He hasn't lifted a leg anywhere and he goes into his crate without much urging and is good in there all night next to Bear in the adjoining crate.

The weather is beautiful now so he's still been spending days in Daneland with Bailey and Bear, with some pasture time on most days as well. He's going to be indoors more and more from now on with the goal of getting him adopted.

Good for Norman! He looks so much like the late lamented Shogun who was one of the best dogs ever.
