Ok, it's another snow day. We've had at least six inches, probably more. The dogs have been inside all day but have had multiple romps outdoors when I go out to shovel the walkway. They love to run and play in it but I think they forget to poop and pee outside so I wasn't going to feed anyone dinner. They weren't going to stand for that, however, and in the end most of them got at least half rations. The puppies have been good, they haven't even used their pee pads during the day due to the frequent outings. The pups have had more time together with all the big dogs than usual today and they have really enjoyed that. It's also given Woody a break from playing the role of puppysitter all the time.
Fortunately, there's been no wind and no power outage. I will be happy and grateful as long as that continues. The wet dog smell isn't so bad; once it permeates everything you sort of get used to it.
Gathering at the door awaiting breakfast this morning, before the snow started.
SweetTart came back inside covered with snow. She doesn't even bother to shake it off.
It's probably just another layer of insulation for her.
