This was from another walk with Maya and Cooper, and TJ. |
More walks and pasture runs with varying combinations of dogs. We are all loving this time of year. Sunny days, cool weather, this is Virginia at it's best.
|
I carried a brush along and we periodically would stop and remove a lot of fur from TJ. Several days later I'm still seeing the piles of TJ fur on subsequent walks. The dogs stop and give it a sniff. |

Toquima went back home on Saturday, but he'll be back sometime next month. |
|
Max is really a great walker. He's extremely focused on the walk, doesn't stop to sniff and mark every blade of grass. |
|
I took Max on this walk with Coco and Maya. |

Each picture of Cooper seems better than the last. |

That's Clyde looking like he's aiming for Max. |

Clyde and Cooper, great tail carriage on both. |

For some reason, they have put some tacky halloween decorations in front of the historic house at Pleasant Grove. This is Coco reacting to one of them in particular, a large animatronic spider. She barked at it, did not care for it at all. We once had a foster dog who had been surrendered because he went around his neighborhood tearing those things to pieces. That was Jeremy. Coco thinks he had the right idea. |

WE have neighbors who have a jumping anamatrionic spider too. Siggy hates it, Piper hated it, and I'm not fond of it either.
