Dog Wrangling

I use Sparky's harness on Trooper
and a martingale collar on Maya.
If bowling and Nascar can be considered sports, dog wrangling certainly should be. Walking two dogs together requires some skill, strength, finesse, and the occasional dance move.

Saturday I walked Maya and Trooper together for four miles, followed by Groot and Barkley for five to six miles. On Sunday it was a Sparky solo for eight miles.
Maya was usually leading so this leash
arrangement meant that she was pulling
Trooper and I just had to hold the floating center.
Trooper would take the lead when he
saw something (someone) that he needed
to bark at.

Groot was always out front.

Barkley mostly walked beside me.

Groot wanted to drink from the same spot
that Barkley was drinking from.
I use Easy Walk Harnesses on both boys.

This is the stream where we often stop for a cool drink and a rest.
