Friday, Saturday

Even though it's cooler now, the water breaks are still
appreciated, especially by Max.

Getting in eight hours of work and five miles of dog walking before dark is a challenge this time of year. There isn't much room for much else during the day, but the dogs don't care as long as I get the walking done.

Friday was a pretty day, but Saturday we were walking in the rain. It was fairly light until the last mile or so and then everyone was glad to get back to the van.

It was getting dark by the time we finished on Friday, but
I planned to route so we were out of the woods before it
was too dark to see.

stretch of the Saturday walk in the rain. The wind came up and
there was a definite chill in the air by the time we finished.
