Mickey's adoption

I had placed Mickey with a potential adopter before my last trip to Kansas. I had several positive reports while I was gone and as soon as I got back they were prepared to make it permanent. I didn't get over there until yesterday, but we finally completed the contract and adoption.

Mickey has a feline friend who is not a bit afraid of him. The cat follows Mickey and the adopter on their walks around their beautiful horse farm property. Mickey's indoor manners have improved and I don't have any reason to think they won't continue to do so.

I had adopted a dog to these folks about 10 years ago. I hope that Mickey will have a similarly long run with them.
