Taz and Abby meeting new people

Taz had a visit on Friday afternoon from an applicant and potential adopter. On Saturday I took Abby to a Promises adoption event up in northern Virginia. Here are some pics and basic info on each dog. I'd like to get them both re-homed before I head to Kansas for Thanksgiving, but I'm not sure that's likely to happen.

Taz: Great Dane, 1-2 years old, 120+ pounds, crate-trained and mostly house-trained, but I can't make any promises. He's dog friendly, no idea about cats. He needs a strong handler and someone who will work with him seriously on the leash training. He is big and strong, young and active. He loves people.

Abby: 1-2 years old, 40 pounds(?), shepherd mix, crate-trained and mostly house-trained, but again, I'm not making any promises. She's fine with dogs once she gets to know them, but her greeting style isn't the best and she sometimes comes off as a bit of a bitch, which is surprising because she's so cute, sweet, and loving with people. She lives with nine other dogs in her foster home, however, and hasn't had any problem, she's just a bit scared when she meets a new dog. Taz is her best friend.
