Chloe is a porker but I had no idea that she weighed 94 pounds. She needs to slim down, as much as 15-20 pounds. I still need to lose that much myself but I suspect she will take it off faster because I will have control of her food. Part of the problem, I think, is that she's been having her food and getting some of Natalie's also. That will have to stop. They are getting more outdoor time now too, and that should help.
Aside from the weight issue, Chloe has a small growth on her eyelid but it's not really bothering her at this point. Her ears were clean, and her stool sample was free of parasites. She tested positive for Lyme, as many dogs do, but she's asymptomatic so we won't be treating that given the greatly increased cost of doxycycline. She had vaccines done so she's up to date on everything now and has a new rabies tag.
All the time that Chloe was in the back getting poked and prodded, Natalie sat with her nose to the door what Chloe had passed through.
They are both sweet girls, housetrained, crate trained, kid- and cat-friendly. Chloe lays by my chair when she's indoors. Now I need to get them adopted. I'd love to place them together but not a lot of folks come looking for two dogs at once. They will adapt if we need to separate them.

They are adorable and it sounds like they definitely should be together. Although I know that is hard. They are so cute though, that maybe the right person or family will want both of these lovely girls!!!!
