The last ball of fall?

It was a beautiful sunny day. A perfect day for a round of pasture ball. The Solstice approaches, so it may be last fall ball day, depending on the weather and my schedule next week. I had Max in the kennel with Rex this morning, but I brought him out to pasture to run and play with Theo and Toquima this afternoon.
Everyone had to have a ball today. That's Toquima
in the back and Max in front.
Theo has not one, but two balls in his
mouth. He is still the champ.

Three shepherds, all going three different directions. No one was in charge of the collective
brain. This situation cries out for a female.

Max is long on looks and short on brains.

Max is in the sun and Toquima is in the shade, but this
picture really shows the difference in their color.
