Buster's Turn

Buster is doing fine with Jackson's absence since his adoption yesterday. It will be tougher on Jackson than on Buster, but Jackson has another dog in his new home to latch onto.

Today Buster has been more focused on me and I welcome that. He's a very good dog. He's never done one inappropriate thing in the house, he's never had a problem with any other dog, he's trustworthy without a crate, he's also still a fun guy with that boxer wriggly butt.

Buster is said to be 8 years old and that's believable, but he seems to be in good health and he enjoyed our 1.5 mile walk today.

Buster really enjoyed the walk in the woods.

It was our first walk since the puppies came.
Maya was ready for it and I was needing it.

Yay for Buster. I was kinda worried about him after Jackson left. But he'll make someone a loving companion one day soon. My Dad had a dog named "Buster" when he was a boy. That one has been waiting at the bridge for a very long time.

Peace and happiness to the entire gang.
