Still spring

It's still spring for a few more days, but it's definitely beginning to feel like summer.

Saturday evening Elvis and I stopped in at Decipher. It was their big 5th anniversary luau event, but the big crowd was mostly gone by the time we arrived. Elvis would have been fine with the big crowd as well, but I preferred the after party, where just people that I knew and liked remained.

Sunday morning I took Bailey and Ford for a hike. We went four miles and had a great time.

4 miles

Watering is a daily task around here now — stock tanks, plants, and ponds. Not everything needs it every day, but there is something every day that does.

A new flower opening on the calla lilies.

These flowers were loaded with bees today.

Tomorrow the first two of our summer boarding guests arrive. We will have a good crowd here until the end of July at least.
