Walking with Maze on a rainy day

It wasn't raining for most of the day, but it felt like the clouds were at ground level. The air just felt wet and there was no hint of the sun to be seen. I kept everyone indoors most of the day except for a few runs out to the pasture, but I wanted to take Maze for a walk. The cloud turned to mist and then turned to drizzle just when we started but it never got worse than that so we persevered. 

It was nice walking with a Dane again, especially one that is fifty percent Della. I used Della's harness on Maze. Although it was a rather tight fit, she walked very nicely for me. 

Maze in the pasture this afternoon.

I had the puppies in the dog yard for a while this afternoon and one of them, Elektra, got out through the gate. Maze and I found her just outside the dog yard gate but she was still sticking close to her sisters who were on the other side of the fence. She got to meet Maze, who was very sweet and gentle with her.

There's all this inflatable Christmas crap up at Pleasant Grove. Maze was not concerned. Bailey hasn't seen it yet but I expect she may bark at it.

The only part of the display that worried Maze was this piece that began inflating as we walked past it.
