Dixie on the move |
I didn't attend any adoption events this weekend and consequently had no adoptions. I needed to work on postings and pics but really didn't, not sure why. Sunday was the better day, weatherwise, and Clay and I took four dogs and two mowers out to the pasture this afternoon.
It was Hank and three girls - Dixie, Gigi, and Daisy. This was the first time I had Dixie with them all. She wants to herd everyone, but mostly she directs her efforts at Hank and simply keeps track of the others.
It's the first time I've seen Gigi run. She's pretty. She wasn't sure what to think of it all and she stuck pretty close to me most of the time, trotting along behind the mower, but I think she enjoyed it. I know that Hank sure did. That dog lives for this sort of thing. Daisy and Dixie enjoyed it too. Those four dogs were pretty pooped, but I know that Hank is ready to do it again any time.

Daisy and Hank |

Hank is a dog who knows how to have fun. |
|
Daisy is one of those who can't take a bad picture. |
|
Dixie and Gigi, there seemed to be some mutual respect between these two, no problems. |
|
Gigi was hesitant at first to run with the others, but when she did, wow. |
