We took in Coco back in August, 2018. I just knew she would go quickly, and she would have, but for the heart worms. It took a while, but she got treated for heart worms and then spayed, and today she was finally adopted.
It's a great home, with three other dogs, at least one of which looks like a very good potential playmate for Coco.
I went back and looked at my first posting about Coco. It said that she was scared of people, and she was back then, but she's not anymore. She has really enjoyed going to adoption events and interacting with people and other dogs. She is playful. She is mischievous, and will keep her new owner on her toes. She's sweet and loving too, perfect for Valentine's Day.
I gave Coco a bath the night before her adoption. She had never had a bath before in her life, I'm sure, but she was really very good about it all. For a small dog she just gave off a lot of loose fur. |
