Pics from brighter days

Theo with big red ball

Here are some pasture pics from recent days when it was sunnier, even if it wasn't much drier. The shepherds in particular show a lot of mud and wetness, that's just a consequence of their fur. Danes may be bigger, but they are a lot easier to keep clean and a lot faster to bathe when it comes to that. As a white shepherd, Kami really shows the dirt and mud, and yet when she's dry, she's always bright and clean looking.

Kami has done something to piss off Della.
Today I kept all eight dogs indoors all day, mostly because I wanted to keep them dry. Kami needs more indoor time anyway. She's not bad indoors, but needs to learn that shoes are not toys.

Della does a lot of rolling when she's out in the pasture, presumably on deer poop.
Serena just eats it, and anything else she can find.

Kami loves the pasture runs. She never stops.

Kami will even bite on Theo's legs. He's amazingly tolerant
of that, so far, but I wish he would set her straight.
