Odin, the god dog

His name is Odin. Clearly someone had great expectations for him when they named him after one of the most preeminent gods of all time. He's just over a year old, a soon-to-be-neutered male German Shepherd Dog, which means he's slightly goofy and not really so god-like. He is handsome, however, classic shepherd in every way. Like most year old dogs surrendered to rescue he needs some basic manners and leash training. He's had a pretty good start, better than most, in being house trained, crate trained, and has lived successfully with both a small child and cats.

I got him late this afternoon and he's been hanging out with Kilo in Daneland. He had been crated too much in his former life so I'm giving him plenty of outdoor time to burn off that year old energy before coming indoors for the night.
