A puppy lullaby
Silent night, stormy night, the world is wet, but all is right.
Nestled with mom on a blanket of wool. Mild heat rising from the heat source below.
Sleep until it's time to eat, sleep until it's time to eat.
The pups were born a week ago today.
Adina, 1.71 pounds
Camilla, 1.38 pounds
Peggy, 1.75 pounds
Boomerang, 2.05 pounds!
Charlie, 1.41 pounds
Dizzy, 1.55 pounds
Yukon, 1.86 pounds
Holly got up and went outside when I was out with her this afternoon,
leaving the puppies in my care until she returned.
That was a first.

I love their little chunky faces and wrinkly legs.
They look like pittie mixes to me, with their head shapes. Adorable.
