Sun and wind

The rain stopped yesterday evening and the sun came out this morning. The wind came up with it and blew pretty hard all day. I had a less stressful work day and had the time and opportunity for a good pasture run in the afternoon. I did it in two shifts, first with Della, Serena, Reina, Max, and Mowgli, and then I put Max and Reina back in the dog yard and brought out Everest and the new pup, Kaya.

The wind makes everyone a little stupid and Max tends that way anyway, so I wasn't wanting to trust him around the new smaller dog. Reina actually got into a spat with Della out there today so I decided to give her a time out along with Max. Everyone had a good time though and everyone really needed it after the last couple of rainy days we've had.

I think the incident between Della and Reina occurred when Della was trying to get

Serena to run and play with her, and Reina intervened to get involved. 

Today was Kaya's first pasture appearance. She loved it.

Kaya and Everest are together all day in Daneland, 

but they really ran and played together in the pasture.
